Project Overview

HabsMUN is an annual Model United Nations conference hosted by Haberdashers' School, bringing together students from across the country to debate global issues, negotiate resolutions, and develop diplomacy skills. As the official videographer, I was tasked with capturing the energy and excitement of the entire conference.

The Challenge

This project presented a unique challenge: deliver a complete highlight video before the conference ended. While delegates were still in their final sessions, our video needed to be ready to premiere at the closing ceremony — showcasing everything that had happened over the event.

This meant:

  • Filming throughout the entire conference

  • Capturing debates, committee sessions, and social activities

  • Editing in real-time between shooting sessions

  • Coordinating with a team to cover multiple simultaneous events

  • Meeting an incredibly tight deadline with no room for delay
