Project Overview

From 2022 to 2026, and many more years to come, v24 Digital have partnered with the Haberdashers' Boys' School to deliver an unforgettable event - a full day of TEDx speakers within the school hall!

Student involvement

Since its conception, TEDxHabsElstreeYouth has always been a student-led event. V24 Digital caters to this beautifully by providing high end camera, audio, and lighting equipment, teaching students to get 'hands-on' with the gear, planning and executing the optimal camera angles to comply with TEDx guidelines, and overseeing video production on the day.

The equipment

V24 Digital has access to high end 4K cameras. Our cameras are incredibly versatile, and with some minor modifications we were able to make them broadcast-ready, with enough battery power to last over 10 hours of continuous recording. We also supplied wireless microphones to allow speakers to have their audio recordings monitored in real-time.

Post-production

Post-production is just as ambitious as pre-production and production. In a timely manner, v24 Digital edits over 20 talks to fit TEDx guidelines, creates a custom intro graphic to match the year's theme, and makes revisions as necessary. Our TEDx video editing process has been optimized over the past half decade and has allowed rapid turnarounds for videos.

Promotional ad video

In 2026, v24 Digital was also hired to film a promotional video to highlight how TEDxHabsElstreeYouth impacts the students, and encourages them to think differently and get inspired to be involved in running TEDx at Habs as they get older. This video was filmed during breaks between talks and afterschool sessions and highlights the efficiency and dedication that we show.
